Dr Tom Tou (TCM)
Graduated from Guangzhou University (Major in Traditional Chinese Medicine), Dr Tou has practiced as a TCM practitioner in China and Australia since 1985. He has substantial experience in the areas of alternative cancer care, women/men’s health, and weight management. Dr Tou was also appointed as a head of TCM practitioners to lead a team of seven TCM practitioners at the Sydney Integrated Medical Centre in Sydney CBD, Chatswood and Hurstville. Currently, he manages a team of TCM practitioners and practices at TDMall Sydney clinic. Dr Tou is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Dr Joy (Yun) Chen (TCM)
Dr Joy Chen (TCM) is an AHPRA registered Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, with this practice going back several generations in her family. She first studied finance and embraced the global corporate world. When wellbeing and fulfillment become more urgent calls, Joy rediscovered this ancient wisdom – the holistic TCM approach in reviving health from body, mind to spirit. Graduated from UTS, trained at a tier 1 TCM / Western Medicine integrated Hospital in China, Joy always keeps an opened mind for learning.
Joy customises the healing to individuals by combining Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, Herbal Medicine and lifestyle advice. Having personally experienced the therapeutic effects of TCM and witnessed the recovery of many patients, Joy is keen on supporting more people to regain and maintain their optimal health through unique TCM revival.
Passionate about unveiling the link between physical and psychological health, Joy has chosen to focus on providing supporting treatment for fatigue, anxiety and stress, digestive and sleep disorders, immunity (cold, flu, covid recovery), women health (fertility – natural and IVF, menstruation, menopause), weight management and cosmetic acupuncture.
Dr Lina Chen (TCM)
Lina is an AHPRA registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine herbalist. She is able to offer supporting treatment for a wide range of health issues, including gynecological problems such as infertility, endometriosis, menopause, as well as gut health problems, mental health problems, pain management (such as neck and back pain), skin disorders and more. She is a passionate practitioner with five years of clinical experiences. Besides acupuncture treatments, she also provides dietary advice, remedial massage, and Chinese herbal medicine as a wholistic solution for her patients, to support them getting over complex health problems. She is a very patient and attentive practitioner who focuses on offering high-quality care to her patients.
Dr Hong Xu (TCM)
Dr Hong Xu is an AHPRA-registered Acupuncturist, Herbal Dispenser, and Chinese Medicine Practitioner. She graduated from Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences with a major in Clinical Medicine in 1988. With 16 years of experience working as a physician, primarily in the Emergency Department at 242 Hospital in Shenyang, China, she has developed a wealth of expertise. In addition to her medical degree, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Over the course of 18 years practicing in Sydney, Dr Xu has vast experience in acupuncture and dry needling. Her exceptional skills extend to the treatment of spirit-related ailments such as insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Through a comprehensive approach that includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments, she effectively addresses these issues.
Moreover, Dr Xu’s particular interest lies in digestive disorders, particularly those resulting from stress or an imbalanced lifestyle. Conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, duodenal or gastric ulcers, colon diseases, and related symptoms like chronic diarrhea and constipation are areas in which she excels.
Beyond treatment, Dr Xu also offers valuable education and guidance on stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and self-care strategies to foster long-term health and overall well-being.
Dr Letty Wong (TCM)
Dr Wong is an APHRA-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Herbal Dispenser. She graduated from Sydney Institution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and currently is a member of ATMS and NSWACM.
Dr Wong has experience treating patients with wide range of health issues by utilising a range of different TCM treatment methods such as Herbal medicine, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and Supplementation prescriptions. She focusses on the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Sleeping disorder, Women health management and Pain management.
Over the past years of practicing, she has demonstrated passionate, care, and attentiveness to patients during consultation up until the patient has significant improvement. She is of the view that TCM’s treatment should not be restricted, and the benefits should be enjoyed by everyone. Dr Wong is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She is looking forward to providing you TCM service to improve quality of life.
Ms Shirley Ding
Shirley was trained in acupuncture, moxibustion and traditional Chinese massage at Tianjin University of TCM, China. She is skilled in acupuncture points/deep tissue massage. Over the past 10 years, she has been providing massage therapy to numerous clients with neck, shoulders or back pain. In addition, she is also adept at performing beauty therapy for many clients in China and Australia.
Ms Jinluo Guan, Carol
Carol is an aromatherapist holds Essential Oil Health Care Professional with TUV Rheinland Certified Qualification, and Advanced Plant Essential Oil Therapy sponsored by World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. In her early career, Carol served in global sports equipment companies. Due to her upbringing in a family of medical professionals, she has developed a particular interest in wellness and self-care in recent years. She hopes to assist more people in finding variable solutions through aromatherapy.
She specialises in using aroma touch to relieve fatigue, anxiety, stress, and sleep disorders, as well as providing targeted body treatments to alleviate pain. Her goal is to provide clients with a complete relaxation experience from head to toe.
