藥材:  元貝, 海底椰, 西洋蔘/白蔘片, 山藥,川貝, 蜜棗, 杏仁, 枸杞子

烹煮方法:
•選用瘦豬肉500克或雞腿肉500克,姜片3-4 片。
•锅内放入适量清水,放入豬肉或鸡肉焯下去血水,捞出用清水冲洗干净;
•燉盅放入豬肉或鸡肉, 泡軟的螺片,元貝, 上述藥材, 姜片,料酒和1.5-2公升清水.
•锅内放入适量清水盖上盖子烧开后,转小火炖約1-1.5 小时,加入盐调味;

Cooking method:
•Choose 500g of lean pork or 500g of chicken thighs, 3-4 slices of ginger.
•Put an appropriate amount of clean water in the pot, add pork or chicken to blanch the blood, remove it and rinse with clean water.
•Put pork or chicken, herbs as mentioned above, ginger, cooking wine and 1.5-2 litres of water into the pot. Turn to low heat boiled or simmer for about 1-1.5 hours.
