Coming from a family of TCM practitioners,Joy is passionate about unveiling the link between physical, psychological and mental health, and committed to supporting those are suffering from fatigue, anxiety and stress, digestive and sleep disorders, immunity (cold, flu, covid recovery), women health (fertility – natural and IVF, menstruation, menopause) , weight management, and cosmetic acupuncture. Dr Letty Wong (TCM)
Dr Wong is an APHRA-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Herbal Dispenser. She graduated from Sydney Institution of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and currently is a member of ATMS and NSWACM.
Dr Wong has experience treating patients with wide range of health issues by utilising a range of different TCM treatment methods such as Herbal medicine, Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and Supplementation prescriptions. She focusses on the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Sleeping disorder, Women health management and Pain management.
Over the past years of practicing, she has demonstrated passionate, care, and attentiveness to patients during consultation up until the patient has significant improvement. She is of the view that TCM’s treatment should not be restricted, and the benefits should be enjoyed by everyone. Dr Wong is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Dr Anna (Kexuan) Luo (TCM)
Dr Luo graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine with a major in Clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1995. She is an AHPRA accredited Acupuncturist, Herbal Medicine Practitioner who has wealth of expertise and clinical experience from working in hospitals in Guangzhou, Shenzhen of China and TCM clinics in Australia.
Her main areas of focus include pain management, women’s health (infertility, menstrual disorder, menopausal syndrome), depression, anxiety, chronic disease prevention & recovery, diabetes and post-stroke syndromes.
Dr Luo’s treatment integrates Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Scraping, Moxibustion and the dietary recommendations.
Dr Sunkis (Chunyang) Lin (TCM)
Dr Lin is a registered Massage Therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbal Medicine) with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Natural Therapist Association.
Raised with deep-rooted Chinese cultural influences, Dr Lin developed an early fascination with Oriental medicine, particularly in the healing powers of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and massage therapy.
With a strong passion for holistic care, Dr Lin has a vast experience in chronic pain treatment and fatigue management, stress relief for anxiety and depression, sleep improvement, digestive health and overall well-being. He is dedicated to exploring the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit, empowering his patients to achieve a balanced and harmonious state of health.

Dr Jenny Shin (TCM)
With over a decade of experience in clinical practice as a remedial therapist, Dr. Shin brings a comprehensive approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her early career focused on treatment through massage and dry needling, but her passion for understanding the root causes of illness drove her to pursue further study in TCM. This path allowed her to expand her practice, addressing health concerns both internally and externally.
Coming from a lineage of TCM dedication—her grandfathers devoted their lives to the field—she is inspired to carry on this legacy. She approaches each patient with commitment, focusing on the underlying causes of pain and illness to provide effective care with heart. Her goal is to support her patients in achieving well-being with the full scope of her skills, knowledge, and compassion. She speaks both English and Korean.
Dr Carol (Ting) Li (TCM)
Ting’s passion for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) originates from her deep interest in holistic health and wellness, which was shaped by her experiences of being successfully treated by TCM and her family. These experiences reinforced her belief in its effectiveness and inspired her to pursue it professionally. She completed a four-year degree at the University of Technology Sydney, earning a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through her studies and practice, Ting has gained a deep understanding of the core principles of TCM, focusing on restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. She has developed expertise in treating a variety of conditions, including pain management (such as headache, neck, shoulder, and back pain), gynecological issues (like dysmenorrhea and menopausal syndrome), and infertility support. Ting is also highly skilled in treating gastrointestinal problems, insomnia, depression, and neurological conditions such as Bell’s Palsy.

Dr Shiping Zhu (TCM Consultant)
Dr Shiping Zhu is an Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor in China, serving also as a postgraduate supervisor. He has experience in integrative oncology, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medical approaches. Dr. Zhu formerly led the Oncology Department at Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Coming from a family with a strong TCM background, Dr Zhu has devoted over 38 years to clinical practice in surgery and oncology in China. He is highly experienced in the integrative treatment of general surgical conditions and various cancers, including gastrointestinal malignancies, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, thyroid tumors, lung cancer, lymphoma, melanoma, as well as dermatological conditions such as ulcers and skin lesions. He has furthered his oncology expertise through advanced training at the Guangdong Provincial Cancer Hospital and the Oncology Centre of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
His clinical approach encompasses disease prevention, early intervention, and relapse prevention. He integrates TCM principles—including syndrome differentiation, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, lifestyle regulation, psychological support, and exercise guidance—throughout all stages of cancer care. Particularly before and after surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy, he provides TCM-based supportive treatments aimed at enhancing therapeutic outcomes. His goal is to restore the balance of Yin and Yang in cancer patients, improve quality of life, and support long-term wellness, even in cases requiring living with cancer.
Dr Zhu, a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner in China, currently practices at TDMall in Zhuhai. He offers remote consultations through the Telehealth System, in collaboration with a local registered TCM practitioner.
