Through free consultation and therapy, wellness workshop, corporate outreach, parent-child cultural workshop and youth TCM course, TDMall brings professional TCM services to enterprises, communities and young people alike.
Zhuhai: Tiered Activities Catering to Different Age Groups

TDMall Zhuhai rolled out themed activities tailor-made for diverse age groups and community needs. Over the Dragon Boat Festival, it partnered with Pien Tze Huang Chinese Medicine Hall to hold a wellness workshop that integrates traditional festival customs with TCM wellness concepts. Practitioner from TDMall delivered one-on-one consultations to resolve participants’ wellness concerns, while therapist helped participants relieve stiff shoulders and neck fatigue via cupping massage therapy.
In mid-July, TDMall Zhuhai team visited two group affiliates: Tianda Pharmaceutical (Zhuhai) and Zhuhai Cheng Cheng Printing. Therapeutic relief was provided for factory staff suffering from shoulder, back and leg strain caused by prolonged standing. Employees also experienced Sanfu Plaster therapy, with practitioners sharing professional guidance on the TCM principle of treating winter ailments in summer and dampness-dispelling wellness regimens.

In late July, TDMall Zhuhai collaborated with Huaxing Bank to hold the "Little TCM Practitioner" parent-child workshop. Through interactive activities including herbal identification and handmade mugwort hammer crafting, children and parents gained immersive first-hand experience of TCM culture.
Since June, TDMall Shenzhen has launched a recurring on-site free consultation service. Invited by members of Nanshan Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), its medical team provides weekly on-site services at the Nanshan CPPCC medical room and member-affiliated enterprises. Practitioners deliver one-on-one TCM consultations for employees and CPPCC staff, offering personalized conditioning advice on prevalent issues such as sedentary sub-health, neck-shoulder strain and chronic disease management, alongside seasonal wellness guidance.
Hong Kong: Integrating Theory with Practice to Advance TCM Education
In Hong Kong, TDMall actively promotes high-quality TCM education. As an outreach component of its formal TCM course co-developed with the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, instructors led students to visit TCM clinics and take part in community medical outreach, in which they learned and tried to take elderly residents’ pulses and answer basic health questions. The programme bridges textbook knowledge with real-world service, embodying the philosophy of integrating knowledge and action.
