花膠補血養顏湯 Dried Fish Maw Herbal Soup Mix
藥材: 澳洲花膠, 元貝, 山藥, 當歸, 薏苡仁, 玉竹, 枸杞子, 紅棗
適合人群: 氣血不足 面色萎黃
功 效: 滋陰養血 益精養顏

烹煮方法:
花膠清洗干净,用水泡发6-12小时变软后,切成条状备用;
選用瘦豬肉500克或雞腿肉500克,姜片3-4 片。
锅内放入适量清水,放入豬肉或鸡肉焯下去血水,捞出用清水冲洗干净;
燉盅放入豬肉或鸡肉, 泡軟的花膠, 上述藥材, 姜片,料酒和1.5-2公升清水.
锅内放入适量清水盖上盖子烧开后,转小火炖約1-1.5 小时,加入盐调味;

Cooking method:
Rinse dried fishmaws & soak it in water for 6-12 hours and then cut it into strips for use.
Choose 500g of lean pork or 500g of chicken thighs, 3-4 slices of ginger.
Put an appropriate amount of clean water in the pot, add pork or chicken to blanch the blood, remove it and rinse with clean water;
Put pork or chicken, herbs as mentioned above, ginger, cooking wine and 1.5-2 litres of water into the pot. Turn to low heat boiled or simmer for about 1-1.5 hours.
